Hi to all new forum members and thanks for joining us!<img src='images/emotions/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'> This is the first forum I have been a member of where you could have pictures by your name, so until PoohBear joined and had a pic I didn't think of it. Then ms DisneyDreamer added one, and I felt left out. So, I quickly figured out how, and thought I would give a quick lesson.
First, find the picture that suits you. Small is good, so it doesn't have to be resized. Simply do an internet search for whatever you want, and include the word picture. Once you find one, right mouse click on the picture, and select save picture as....and save it to your hard drive. Now let me be very clear here that when I say to find a picture, make sure you don't take something you are not allowed to use. For example, my picture came from a site selling posters and these were thumbprints. The picture for Goofy came from a site saying choose your picture for your forum and use it in good health or something like that. <img src='images/emotions/laugh.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Laugh' align='absmiddle'>
So, now you have your picture, and it is saved. Log into the forums, and select Control Panel on your upper right. Then click on Avatar. Select browse and find your saved picture, put it in, and save the data. Your picture will then show on the right, where you can approve it, then exit control panel by clicking HOME on the top right. Now you have a picture beside your name! Enjoy
Oh, and just to make you aware, a picture is NOT required. I wanted one, so I got one, but it is your choice.
