I just got 2 items at a church auction, one is a Disney Pin (12 Months of Magic) USA with Goofy & the Statue of Liberty the other is a Mickey Mouse Club Snowglobe in the shape of the mouse ears hat (the snowglobes are the ears)....... what i'm trying to find out is the year of issue, retired & value I don't know where to even begin looking (and yes I've tried finding these items on Ebay with no luck.....lol)

Dreamer,
Can you put up a picture of each item? If they are what I think they are, I can give you info on both. lol But, want to see a pic before saying anything.

Okay Dreamer,
My guess on the snowglobe is going to be 2003. That is when Disney did a big push for the Mickey Mouse Club. If you look at the other same named snowglobe in that link, it is much older, and it did come out in the late '70's. You can tell by the style of yours that it is much more recent. Now, I did contact the owner of that site, not sure if you did, but figured maybe she knew the issue year. I will let you know if I hear from her.

Your pin is much easier to figure out! In 1997, Epcot celebrated it's 15th year. Many new showcase pins were released, and one VERY similar to yours, with Mickey instead of Goofy, was part of a Limited Edition Picture, using pins that came out in 1997. The one you have is probably a single pin, instead of one made for the picture. But, just to verify, you might try contacting these people: <a target=_blank href="http://www.dizpins.com/">http://www.dizpins.com/ They may be able to verify that the year I have given you is correct for your pin.
And Dreamer, whether they are worth anything or not, both items are beautiful! Another thing about your globe. It was not issued by Disney Catalog (I would own it if it was. lol Since I collect Mickey Snowglobes). That leads me to believe it was a park issue snowglobe.
