So I bought this last year for my nieces and nephew and I'm a slacker and they didn't get it until this past Sept. Well, when I got there for our visit, my oldest niece informed me that there weren't any cards in it. How do I go about getting new cards for them? I guess I could just buy a whole new game??? LOL
You might try calling Disney Delivears to see if they can help before you purchase a whole new game. Who knows, they just might do the right thing (if they have the power to do it anyway). That number is: 800-362-4533

Leanne you are the goddess of Disney info I see!
We have the Dora Candyland. It's so great that they have comeout with so many versions of a classic to make it more interesting for the kids.
I'm going to have to find the Disney version. My 3 year old neice would love that for Christmas!
Engine Ear Toys in California Adventure Sharon. lol

Oh, and you can also get it at World of Disney if you are just going to Downtown Disney.

We will be at Downtown Disney next week for Christmas stuff. I have to check it out and be very stealth so my son doesn't see it.
Thanks for the info!

Hey Sharon - while you're there - will you just see if there is any Handy Manny toy stuff yet? We've got a few members still waiting and looking for things and if they do have any it'd be nice to post for them so they can call Delivears!

Just contact whoever makes the game -- you can usually get free replacement parts. We have that game too, but tonight we played the regular version. LOL -- I hadn't played Candyland in who knows how long. Neil, my 4 year old won!

YEAH NEIL!!! You go kiddo! Jonathan says hello to Neil and Nathan. JOnathan won when he played Dave last week. He cheated in shoots and ladders though. :Wow:
Shawna, I will keep an eye out for Handy Manny and report back. Not a problem.
Yes Sharon, please check for me! I get about 50 comments a day on our main site sent asking if there are Handy Manny items yet. I tell them all the same thing: I will post on our message boards as soon as merchandise comes out.

Hey, when you're that little it isn't really cheating - it's hard to compete against adults and bigger kids!!! lol...
I did it too and I know my cousins and nieces and nephews do (and I help them cheat sometimes...) I like seeing their faces when they win.
lol Shawna - I think all mothers 'help' their child win! I know I do.

I remember playing trivial pursuit with my parents when it first came out (I was pretty young!) I couldn't get ANY of the answers (too young plus you KNOW how I am with trivia) - well I distinctly remember my parents throwing in questions about things I KNEW - like what model did Bill Joel marry. I was so excited to get an answer right.
BUT, then I got mad and demanded to see the card with the question because I didn't believe they were playing the game right. I'm a goofball, I just have to have it perfect even when I don't win and that cheating stuff made me mad. lol...

ROFL Shawna! When I played the Star Wars Trivial Pursuit with my DH the first time, we were both amazed at how HARD the questions were. Rick finally resorted to answering "Luke Skywalkers' lightsabre" to almost all the questions he didn't know. One time as I was starting to read a question, before I could even get it out, he said that and it was RIGHT! He's such a goof.

Oh Rena - that is fantastic! You know, YOU should start playing the weekly trivia with us here - you'd be really good and you'd enjoy it!
I will begin using "Luke Skywalker's Lightsabre" in your honor every time I don't know the answer - which is often...
I never do well at trivia either Shawna, if you want to be honest. My knowledge is basically in one area with spatterings of knowledge in other things. That makes me quite limited as a trivial pursuit player.
And the Disney trivia? Hah - I don't even do well on that because there is soooo much I don't know.

Lol - if we ever play Trivial Pursuit, I only wanna be your partner if it's a Disney one - we will lose big time!!!!!
We won't lose if it is Disney Trivia! lol

Okay - let's plan it that way - that will be the only game we can "find"

LOL Shawna, we played Trivial Pursuit with my dad too! Only he had all the kids on one team against him, and he doesn't believe in cheating or throwing games, so he pretty much whooped our butts every time!! But we LOVED it when we would get a pie!! LOL
As for the Candyland game, well, my sister already called hasbro and they quit making that game in like 2003 so they sent her a comprable game....Dora Candyland. Oh well, the kids will still like that one.

Getting a TP pie - oh how exciting when you FINALLY got one!!!
I love Candyland so much (Morgan loves Dora, that'll be a great game in the coming years) - I always wanted one but never got one. I had to wait to play it at other people's houses (hoping they'd want to play it too!) Did anyone watch that Dickie Roberts Child Star movie? -Hilarious, never laughed so hard in my life (other than the 40 Year Old Virgin - definitely not a movie for kids.) Anyway, that movie just hit home because I wanted that game sooooo badly!!!
Danette,
Did you try delivears? They still had Candyland at Disneyland when we went in June, so maybe they can send you another one!
