I got the movie one week early from a flea market. I loved the movie. Did you guys love the movie?
Lucky you KatieC!
I picked up our copy on Tuesday and we watched it Tuesday night.
I enjoyed the movie, but didn't like the ending. Alex watched the movie and only got scared of the 'monsters' once.
But, I must say, after seeing this, I can't wait for the next one - which was Disney's goal.

I love Johnny and Orlando and Keira Knightley is one of Scott's favorite actresses so it's a win-win at our house! We watched it Tuesday night too and I want to see part 3 already to know what happens!
By the way, has anyone seen Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightley? (One of my all time favorite book and movie!) The new mean guy in Pirates that wants the chest plays Mr. Collins in Pride & Prejudice ! It was fun seeing him and Knightley together again!
I have not seen P&P.
But yep, I can't wait.
The one thing I did tell Andy is this:
Since Captain Jack is alive in the ride, he isn't dead in the movie. lol We just need to see how they save him!
But having you know who (won't say it - don't want to spoil it for the people who have not seen it) show up at the end was a shock to me. I had thought he was dead. lol

We'll just have to ride the ride at Disneyland to pass the time! Oh, and watch part 1 and 2 again!

Katie - Pride and Prejudice is MY favorite book!!!! I love Elizabeth and the amazing writing!!!! Oh, I remember the first time I read it (I read it a couple times a year) and the suspense and it still feels that way even though I know what's going to happen!
Just saw the tail end of the movie during a nap time two days ago and it was wonderful!!!! I so loved it!

Oh I loved this version of Pride and Prejudice! It did a great job of capturing Jane Austen's story with a little Hollywood thrown in there too! You have to watch all of it! You'll love it! Scott actually loves it too and he watches it with me! LOL
Jane Austen is my favorite author period. I've read all of her books. (I wish she were still alive to write more books!) I think my favorite is a tie between Emma (loved the Gwyneth Paltrow version of this movie!) and Mansfield Park. I love P&P too!
I feel like I am always getting posts off the original subject! LOL! Sorry everyone!

Who can blame us for changing a subject (or adding to it!) to a classic!!! I love Wuthering Heights too - don't like romance novels but this one and P&P are so amazing!!!

Yep! I love most 19th century literature, though some of it can be boring! LOL. Not Jane Austen though! That woman was amazing!
