Summer Magic

I recently bought Summer Magic and since then I've watched it 3 times (twice the night I got it!). I love this movie and had never even heard of it until about 2 months ago. I bought a box set of Classic Disney and it was music from the last 60 years and on those CD's there were like 3 songs from that movie and I REALLY liked the songs so I decided to try and find the movie and know I LOVE the movie! Has anyone else seen it or even heard of it?

I have never heard of Summer Magic. What songs are in it? Maybe with the songs it will ring a bell.

The Ugly Bug Ball sung by Burl Ives, Feminity sung by Haley Mills and.....well, I can't remember the other two girls in the movie, and the 3rd song I don't know the exact name, something to the effect of On the front porch with you.....I'll have to look at it tonight, but it's sung by Burl Ives also. When I get home tonight I'll find out the other 2 girls names and the name of the 3rd song. I can't believe I don't know it because that's my favorite out of the 3!!

Is Haley Mills in this movie?? She is one of my most favorite actresses. I can't believe if she is in it, I have never seen or heard of it.

Yep, she's in it, she's one of my favorites too! Once I found out she and Burl Ives was in it, I made sure I did buy it!

I'm listening to my disney cd's and On the Front Porch comes on I remembered I was suppose to find out the actual name and who all sang Femininity......Well, the song IS in fact called On the Front Porch sung by Burl Ives and Femininity is sung by Hayley Mills, Deborah Walley, and Wendy Turner, if ya'll still wanted to know. I do recomend this movie!

Thanks Angles, if I see that movie, I will be sure to pick it up. You do have it on DVD, right?
Now, if only we could get a few more people to want Secret Santa. I know that would be a great gift for a few of us. lol

Yeah, it's on DVD. I found it on ebay but I think I saw it on Amazon.....And yeah, we totally need more people to do secret santa!!
