Baby Swap

I just have a question about the baby swap. When we do the baby swap, can we have our group ride and two people sit with the babies and swap out with the other riders in our party? Let's say my brother, roommate, his parents and my niece ride a ride the 2 little ones can't get on and I keep my sister company. When our group returns, can my sister and I get on and everyone else who just rode get off and wait for us? Or do we have to leave one person behind everytime.

You have 2 babies, therefore 2 people can wait! That will be perfect. Even if you just have one baby, in reality, one person could wait, but when that person goes, he/she could choose someone to ride with. Disney allows this so one person doesn't have to ride alone in a situation where there are 3 old enough for the ride.
