Why is it allowed for us to change our usernames? Is it so we can avoid double accounts? Just wondering, I'm not going to change my username but I think it's really cool that Leanne/Andy would allow us to do that:)

yeah, you just go into your control panel and then click on registration details on the side.

Yes, I think it's a nice feature too. Definitely avoiding double user names and probably also so people can change their identities if they are uncomfortable at any time. Harder for someone to find you if you become a "new person." Remember, the internet is all about anonymity - except me, I'm just Shawna everywhere I go.

The forum software came with that feature enabled and I saw no reason to not allow it.
2 separate accounts are not allowed.
If someone changes it often enough and I think they are doing it to confuse other people then I probably would ask them to stop.
