Peter Pan came out today!!

And as soon as Jake gets home I'm gonna go get it!!! I didn't do the pre-order because I only did that (because they are a little more exspensive) to get the pin and the lithographs (the dolls went to my nieces and nephew) and they weren't offering that with Peter Pan so I figured I would get it the day it came out and not have to pay shipping!! This is one Disney movie Jake won't groan about me wanting to watch it right away (Peter Pan is his favorite).

I have that on DVD already and decided not to purchase the 'new' edition. lol
We actually watched it with Alex a few nights ago and he enjoyed it!

Makenna has taken interest in this movie but she says I want to watch Tinker Bell!!
I LOVE the Peter Pan ride! It is one of my favorites in Fantasyland!

Well, we got it last night but because Jake didn't get off work until late so we didn't get home until late. We actually went to Wal-Mart and they have a double pack thing and the second DVD has a lot of Tinker Bell and the faeries. My niece is alllll about the faeries so I got it so we can watch it the next time I go down there.

That's cool, I've always liked Peter Pan...though I have to admit the Disney version really isnt my favourite:D It's still a good watch though!

I bought the Target edition with the peterpan and tinkerbell light up pin. If you pre ordered from the disney studio store they came with a limited edition of 300 tinkerbell keyhole pin. I havent watched the new edition yet but I am interested in watching the newly discovered footage of Walt explaining why he made Peter Pan. It also has a sneak peek at the new Tinkerbell movie and a never before seen alternate opening plus a virtual flight with peter pan.

That does sound cool. Right now though, I simply can't justify buying a new edition of something I already have on DVD. For goodness sakes, this movie came out just a few years ago. lol

Danette, I was wondering if you've watched that extra disc about Tinker Bell yet. I 'm trying to decide if it's wortrh buying simply because I want to see more about those fairies!!!

Okay okay, jeeze!!! LOL Jake has already said that we can do a Disney Marathon today/tonight (I still haven't got to watch the DVD's I bought from DML) and I'll make sure we watch the fairies one first and I'll post right after, okay? But first we have to go up to Sportsman's for some more fishing stuf! LOL

Okay, I'm not impressed with the "bonus" DVD. It's mostly an interactive, learn about the fairies and Pixie Hollow and which fairie you're most like (Jake is most like Prilla!! LOL Yes, I make him take the little quizzes like that!), I'm most like Rani. Pretty much what you can do on disneyfairies.com (I think that's the website), I wouldn't bother getting the double disc, and the Tinker Bell preview is already on the Peter Pan double disc, you don't need the extra thing Wal-Mart is selling.
