Okay, so don't be stupid like me....
We all know how sometimes our DVDs get damaged by short fingers, just happens....so our Princess Songs video was so bad it just needed to be replaced. Stupid me, knowing about the program I totally blew it off and just bought another one. Don't do that!!!
Disney has a Disc Replacement Program - you can replace damaged DVDs for just $6.95. Go to video.com/support for the full scoop and don't make my mistake. Of course now I've got my replacement on the way too so one of the nieces will have a new video...

Well after I was stupid enough to forget, I figured that lots of others probably didn't know about it (I only knew because of a problem we've had with two other discs - but those weren't out fault.)
