Close all browser windows expect for the forums.
Click the logout button towards the top.
Immediately go down to the bottom of the right side of the page and click the 'Delete Forum Cookies' link.
Close your browser then reopen it and see if you can log into the forums.
If that doesn't work...
You will have to delete all cookies.
Have only one browser open... do not have the forums open.
Go to Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies.
