No cruise for us...

We had to cancel our cruise due to financial issues which totally sucks as that was going to serve as our Honeymoon. We are still going to run the marathon so will still be going to WDW in Jan so maybe we'll just spend a few extra days down there and call that our honeymoon. Anyways, just thought I'd let ya'll know I won't be going on a cruise so there won't be any trip reports from me on it.

I am so sorry to hear that D! I can definitely understand financial reasons though as Disney cruises are expensive and seem even more so in this economy. I am glad you still get to go to WDW.

That's a bummer, but I can totally relate to finiancial woes. Maybe you can plan it for your one year anniversary or 5 year.

Jake has already brought up the 1 year anniversary but the problem with that is that we'd have to only take a 3 or 4 day cruise as our vacation time is already spoken for this year (marathon in Jan and Christmas at WDW for my mom's 50th birthday in Dec). And if we start a family like we want then we'll have to plan around pregnancies and all that so we're at this point unsure of when we'll get to take one, but we're both bound and determined to go.

So sorry you had to cancel the cruise. I know how much you were looking forward to it. Hopefully it's something you will be able to do in the future. If you plan to have children too, a Disney cruise can also be a fantastic vacation! Izzy and I have talked about the same things, as are there things we want to do before having children, or are there things we want to do with children.
